Consultations – In Clinic & Online

Dr. Charu Arora works with clients across India and around the world. Consultations are available both in person at the clinic and online, making personalised nutrition guidance accessible wherever you are.

Online appointments are conducted via zoom/whatsapp video, allowing clients to comfortably follow their nutrition program from anywhere.

If you are based in Delhi NCR, you are welcome to visit the clinic in Lajpat Nagar for an in-person consultation.

Please note that consultations are conducted directly with Dr. Charu Arora, and there are currently no authorised centres or representatives elsewhere.

Dr. Charu Arora works with clients across different age groups, professions and lifestyles, both in India and internationally. Her clients include students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, homemakers and families—each seeking personalised guidance to improve their health and wellbeing.

While her practice has a strong focus on women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum wellness, she also supports individuals managing a wide range of health concerns including weight management, PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, fatty liver, high cholesterol, hypertension and other lifestyle-related conditions.

This diverse clientele reflects a simple belief: while the fundamentals of good nutrition remain universal, the way they are applied must always be personalised to an individual’s body, lifestyle and health goals.
